The short answers
Where does it ship from?
Depends on the product. The fish slow-feeder, lick mat, chew ball, and gravity water dispenser ship from a US warehouse and arrive in 3–7 business days. The sling, water bottle, and misting brush ship from overseas partners and arrive in 7–15 business days. The Roamer cat ball ships from overseas and takes 15–30 business days. The exact window is on every product page.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders $35+. Below that, $4.99 flat. We currently ship to the United States only.
How long does processing take?
1–3 business days to print a label and hand off to the carrier. After that, the delivery window above applies. Tracking updates can lag 24–48 hours after the label is created.
Returns?
Thirty days from delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't take back water bottles, food bowls, or brushes that have already touched a pet. You pay return shipping unless it's our error or the item arrived damaged.
Tracking shows delivered but the package isn't here.
Carriers sometimes scan a package early. Give it 48 hours, then email us at hello@keptstore.us — we'll work with the carrier and replace or refund.
Wrong product or damaged on arrival?
Email hello@keptstore.us within 7 days with a photo. We cover the return label and replacement at no cost.
Sizing — will the carrier fit my pet?
The crossbody sling is built for small pets up to about 22 lb (10 kg) — a small dog or cat. The exact dimensions are on the product page. When in doubt, email us with your pet's weight and a photo and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll work.
What are the products made of?
Each product page lists materials. In short: silicone for the slow-feeder and lick mat, natural rubber for the chew ball, ABS+TPR plastic for the misting brush, food-grade plastic for the water bottle and gravity dispenser, canvas for the sling.
Are the photos accurate?
Yes. We re-shoot every product to show the actual variant we ship — same color, same shape. What you see on the page is what arrives.
Do you sell internationally?
Not yet. United States only for now.
