Shipping policy

We want to be plain with you about how our shipping works.
Where it ships from. kept. items ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses - some domestic (US) where available, and some international. You'll see the expected delivery window on each product page and at checkout.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you place them.
Delivery windows. For items shipping from the United States: 3-7 business days after processing. For items shipping internationally: 7-15 business days after processing (a few specific items take longer - you'll see the exact window on each product page). International shipping involves customs and can occasionally take longer during peak seasons. If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive separately.
Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to populate after the label is created.
Shipping rates. Free US shipping on orders $35 and over. Below $35, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Customs and duties. The price you see is the price you pay. For US customers, there are no separate customs fees, import charges, or duties billed to you at delivery. Anything applicable is handled on our end. In the rare event you're ever charged a fee at the door, email us and we'll make it right.
Delays beyond our control. Carrier delays, weather, customs holds, and major holidays can extend delivery beyond the windows above. We monitor every order and will reach out proactively if something is held up.
