These Terms govern your use of keptstore.us (the "Site") and any purchase you make from kept. (operated by Sunkissed Goods, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.

Products. kept. sells pet care, feeding, travel, and play products. Product images are representative. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the physical item. Sizes and specifications are listed on each product page.

Not veterinary advice. kept. products are consumer goods, not medical or veterinary devices. Nothing on the Site constitutes veterinary advice or a substitute for professional care. If your pet has a health concern, consult a licensed veterinarian.

Pricing and orders. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

Payment. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and other authorized processors. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided.

Shipping. See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier scans the package as delivered.

Returns. See our Refund Policy.

Discounts and codes. Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can't be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be revoked if used in violation of these Terms (including resale, fraud, or abuse).

Intellectual property. The kept. name, logo, product photography, copy, and site design are owned by Sunkissed Goods, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission, except as needed to view and use the Site normally.

User conduct. Don't use the Site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape the Site for commercial purposes, or interfere with site operation.

Third-party links and services. The Site may link to third-party sites and use third-party services (Klaviyo, Meta, Pinterest, etc.). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties. The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, kept. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kept., Sunkissed Goods, LLC, and our officers, members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold kept. and Sunkissed Goods, LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Dispute resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to email hello@keptstore.us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

Changes. We may update these Terms. The current version will always be posted here with a "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
